   I am in need of a terminal program that will permit me to communicate
with other, non-UNIX systems, using my console as a terminal.  I need the
ability to send and receive files (without protocol..straight ASCII
transfers) as well.  If such a source has been posted, could someone 
please send it to me?

   Barring this, can anyone point me toward a reasonably priced commercial
package that will run under XENIX 3.0 on a Tandy 6000?  Thanks in advance.
