	Hello netters!

	I need some information on TeX, the scientific word-processing
	package.  Some people want to get it here and I need to know a
	few things.

	1)  Where can I get it from?
	2)  Is it in the public domain?  (I was told it was!)
	3)  If you have it, what is your opinion on it?

	I will be running it on 4.XBSD on a VAX, but would also like some
	info about the IBM PC version.

	If you can answer any of the questions above, please respond
	via E-mail.
