We need  an RS-232 serial card for an IBM PC, to help get a new
(and enthusiastic!) volunteer at our non-profit on-line.  Looking
for a card for sale, loan, or donation for a tax-deduction.  Needs
to be less than $50, since we can get a card that cheap.
