There seems to be a growing number of postings to net.sources and 
mod.sources where the documentation has been written using the
mm macro package.  As I understand it, the package is a part of the
System V distribution.

If there is anybody out there who has a public domain version that
they would be willing to share, would they kindly send me a copy,
or post it to mod.sources?
