I am aware of the following women: New York: Rusty Kanakogi (judo) Valerie Eads (kendo) Portland OR: Janesa Kruse (kung fu, modern arnis) Tonie Harris (universal way) Nadia Telsey (kung fu) San Francisco (?) CA: LaVerne Bates (kung fu) (?) OH: Pattie Dacanay (tai chi) I would appreciate more information, and also information on the women's martial arts camps in the midwest during the summer. I have studied kenpo karate and Indonesian kung fu system, and I would like to work with an instructor who integrates feminism with the art.
