Ihnp4 seems to be having troubles; it has been several days since we
have successfully sent traffic *to* them, although traffic *from* them
is flowing to at least some small extent.  Something's broken somewhere.
If you sent mail via utzoo!ihnp4, be patient.

Also, for the benefit of those who haven't heard this in the past, I
note again that the utzoo!linus link is historically troublesome and is
a poor path for mail.
