No, you are not the only one to use Rain-X. I have used it with reasonable success, but my girl has had some bad experience. The result of Rain-X on her windshield was an incredibly annoying glare from other car's lights and overhead lights when driving at night. I blame it on residual wax (from car washes) on the windshield and perhaps incorrect application. Beware. Jan.
