UCB is now saying that 4.2 licensees will all be getting 4.3 lawyer's
letters and licence applications soon (``in about three weeks'', ar,
ar). Given the glacial rate of the 4.2 distribution, I think we should
arrange in advance that the first site to receive their 4.3 tape will
distribute copies to a few other licenced sites who will in turn
redistribute, as we did informally last time. Universities such as
Waterloo and Toronto with a lot of sites running 4BSD should be able to
arrange their own internal distributions.  ont.general is probably the
right place to announce the arrival of 4.3 tapes.

Is there general agreement with this idea?
