Subject: Csh problem in history expansion

Description:
	When doing history expansion on a builtin command
	csh will echo the command line.
Repeat-By:
	% while (1)
	? echo "hi"
	? end
	^C
	% !w
	? echo "ho"
	? end
	^C

	Notice that the first will echo lines of 'hi' to the terminal
	while the second echos lines of
		while ( 1 )
		ho
	to the terminal.
