The face shield fits nicely into recesses in the helment proper, and I've ridden in the worst thunder-storm OK has to offer, without leakage past the seal. Unfortunatly, it does fog (cold rain, warm breath). Maybe one of the new vented Nava's would alleviate that. I have one ordered. I'll let you know.
