I am considering the purchase of a 1983 Yamaha Midnight Maxim 750.
A couple of questions:
	1) For a bike of this size, the forks look a bit skinny and
	   have no extra bracing. Anyone have problems with flexing?
	2) How durable is the "gold" plating that highlights the
	   Midnight series?
