Order now."--Ed Beckley This month's Money magazine (the April issue) has an interesting article about several of the "nothing down" cable TV real estate gurus, including: - Dave Del Dotto ("the Cash Flow King") - Wayne Phillips ("Creating Wealth with Government Loans") - Tony Hoffman ("the Phil Donahue of Get Rich TV") - Charles Givens ("A Millionaire's Secrets to Wealth") - Carleton Sheets ("The Keys to Success") - Ed Beckley ("The Millionaire Maker") Also mentioned is my old favorite, Paul Simon, "Mr. Real Estate". There's just too much to summarize. The interesting parts are (a) how much money these clowns are raking in, and (b) the bizarre backgrounds of these people (i.e. Paul Simon, former Phoenix linoleum-tile layer, etc.). Apparently a half-hour of late night cable TV time only costs two or three thousand dollars, so if anybody's got any good ideas for a seminar......
