Well we finally figured out what those baby on board (etc.) signs really
are!  Why, they are the worlds most perfect idiot detection system.

Consider:

		1.  They serve no definable (sp?) purpose.
		2.  The idiots spend their own money (not tax payer's)
			to identify themselves.
		3.  Half the time they don't have a baby in the car.
		    (I have to drive 40 miles along a major SO. Calif.
		     to get to my office, when I go there.)
