I fail to see where the point of homosexuality comes into play. The joke is obviously about someone in need of toilet paper, and is desparate enough to use ten singles ("change for a ten") in place. Before you start you start flaming the author of the joke, please give more careful thought about it. Immediately screaming about "Catholics ... bashing gays" seems totally unfounded, for I see no explicit Catholicism or homophobism potrayed.
