The day after signing the papers I changed my mind about buying it. In Colorado we have five (5) days to rescind this kind of agreement. I sent a letter to rescind by registered mail and I called the condominium and got conformation that they will be sending my money back. So far this has been a some what worrisome experience but the system seems to be working for me not against me.
