   Has anyone out there in net land designed some nice routines for
   using scrollbars in a window. I have an application which requires 
   scrollbars, and would do it myself, but a) I'm lazy b) I don't think
   reinventing the wheel is very smart.

   Again I think responses should be replied to via the net, since other
   people would probably be interested.
