Message-ID: <1401@vax135.UUCP> Date: Mon, 14-Apr-86 00:00:13 EST Article-I.D.: vax135.1401 Posted: Mon Apr 14 00:00:13 1986 Date-Received: Sat, 19-Apr-86 14:03:14 EST Organization: AT&T Bell Labs, Holmdel, NJ Lines: 13 The Amiga I bought came with AmigaBasic by Microsoft, rather than ABasic. Now, I would *assume* that when people were upgraded to release 1.1, they acquired AmigaBasic for free. But I started with rel 1.1. So am I legitimately allowed to copy someone's ABasic, or would that constitute piracy? Notice that there are loads and loads of Basic programs on Fish Disks that I know are not AmigaBasic -- are they ABasic? For instance Monopoly, Polydraw/fractals are ABasic, also much of Fish Disk 13. But as I lack ABasic, I can't run them. I would like the answer to come from Commodore/Amiga please. Thank you.
