Astrophysics Lines: 22 Xref: watmath net.micro.att:1038 net.graphics:1542 net.micro.atari16:306 I have posted the source to a simple graphing program (makes line and point plots with labelled axes, plus a little more) to net.sources. It was written specifically for the AT&T 7300, and has a number of 7300-specific calls. However, these are only to set up a couple of windows on the screen - the rest of the pgogram, including all the actual graphics, uses GKS function calls. Therefore, it ought to be able to be ported to any machine with GKS without too much hassle (of course, the 7300 stuff will have to be replaced by YOUR machine's versions, but there isn't that much). The posted source is in a shar-format file together with Makefile and a manual page that can be formatted with the -man macros. It's pretty readable in un-nroff'ed form, anyway. If anyone has questions, please let me know - I may be able to help. -- Michael Richmond Princeton University, Astrophysics {allegra,akgua,burl,cbosgd,decvax,ihnp4,noao,princeton,vax135}!astrovax!richmon
