New Terminal emulator:		WTERM

(don't ask where the name comes from -- long story)

This terminal emulator has the following features:

	VT52 support (ie. almost upwards compatible with standard Atari)
	insert and delete character capability (nice in VI and such)
	sysline mode line
	Tektronix 4010 (tm) support

and miscellaneous other things.  Written using VDI calls.

The source has been posted to net.sources.
