Lines: 20 When I use AMODEM or any other terminal emulator program which uses the Atari's normal 40 column display, I have much difficulty in reading the output. Does anyone know how to tell UNIX to fold the lines at 40 columns? Perhaps there is a termcap; perhaps a stty command? Probably it would be useful to go back to 80 column mode when doing a file transfer. On the subject of file transfer, does anyone know of a wel tested XMODEM for UNIX? I'd like to uses AMODEM with reliable transfer if possible. Normally I use VT10SQ to get 80 column display, but it lacks any file transfer. Is there a VT-100 emulator with file transfer? That would be another way of solving the problem. Sincerely, - Marshall D. Abrams, phone: (703) 883-6938 The MITRE Corporation, 1820 Dolley Madison Blvd. Mail Stop W458, Mc Lean, VA 22102
