It has both the 400 and 800. I don't know if it has info on the XE versions. Typically, it would show oscilliscope readings at various points, voltages, part numbers, etc. It is intended to be an aid in figuring out why machines don't work properly. Cost is $19.95. Should be available from many electronics shops. That may not be what you are interested in, but since I hadn't every seen it mentioned on INFO-ATARI8, I thought I'd bring it up...
