I have an application which normally uses menus, but which in one case
must draw on the entire white screen.  I don't seem to be able to get rid
of the menu bar entirely (the line at v=20 remains), or to draw in the menu
bar area, although my window rectangle is QD->screenBits.bounds.

Can anybody help?  I am sorry if this is a trivial question, but I am just
starting development for the Mac using SUMacC.
