	There is an ad for the omnireader in the latest issue of BYTE from a
company called (I think) California Digital.  It looks like the purchased 
the surplus inventory of some company.  The price was very cheap.  It was 
around $80 or so.  I did hear however that the usefulness of this device is
somewhat limited (speed, character sets...etc.) but for $80 perhaps it would
be worth trying.  I would be interested in hearing more about the results.
