Copy ][ Mac 5.10 came out a week ago and handles not only the new ROMs but
800K drives as well.  MacTools 5.10 is the exact same as 4.51, though.  
Copy ][ 5.0 was supposed to work with HFS, but I couldn't detect any difference.

HDUtil is still the best for my money by far, in my opinion.
