I am posting a DA called BaseToBase to net.sources.mac.  The posting is a
Binhexed PackIt II file consisting of the DA and some documentation in 
MacWrite format.

Briefly, BaseToBase is a programmer's calculator with HP style stack operation
and RPN notation.  Calculations/conversions can be done in hexadecimal,
decimal, octal, or binary.  BaseToBase features common arithmetic and logical
operators, stack manipulation via cut/copy/paste commands, and mouse-based
numeric entry/editing.

This DA was written entirely in Rascal.
