The prices for the three paperback volumes add up to $92 (well, $91.85), at least at the U of T bookstore, while the U.S. price is supposed to be $79.95, as I recall. At around $1.40 to the U.S. dollar, IM should be costing us $110 or so -- and you hardly ever see Canadian book prices even as low as the exchange would give you. Should we keep very quiet about this, or is there some rational explanation? -- Jim Clarke -- Dept. of Computer Science, Univ. of Toronto, Canada M5S 1A4 (416) 978-4058 {allegra,cornell,decvax,ihnp4,linus,utzoo}!utcsri!clarke
