Infoworld 14 April 86:

Apple will distribute system version 3.2 through major on-line
services as well as through dealers.  The software, which fixes
bugs in the earlier release, is scheduled to be released at the
end of the month.

Switcher version 4.9 is expected to available to licensed
developers in a few weeks.
