Memory Diagnostics


I am looking for some good memory test programs.  Specifically it would be
nice to have the following features:

	Test memory in within multiple ranges.

	Walking Zeros and other types of test mechanisms.

	Collect error statistics over time.

	Bootable and standalone...ie you don't need the finder.

	Self-relocating...so you can decide where the test program resides.

If anyone has seen such a program for the Mac I would appreciate receiving
