If there is sufficient interest, we could broaden the discussion to include other program editors. What is your favorite editor, and why ? I will start the ball rolling by mentioning my favorite, which no one has ever heard of. It is called the Point editor, by Lemma Systems. It is mouse-based, has multiple windows and pull-down menus, for $50. I have no financial interest in Lemma Systems, and have been a satisfied customer since the early buggy beta-test versions.
