Is there a site somewhere which archives things forever?  Specifically,
I'm interested in the entire contents of net.lang.c++.  We have someone
here who just started reading it and finds it invaluable.  Since it started
fairly recently, I'm hoping I can gather the old stuff for him.

A site on the ARPAnet that I could grab a tar file from via anonymous FTP
would be ideal.  If some kind soul has the <200 (I believe) messages
somewhere, I'd love to hear about it.  It isn't life and death, though.
