  We were down all day last Thursday, April 4, due to a spring snowstorm
that dumped 2' of heavy, wet snow on our area, knocking down power lines
and causing numerous power outages that made it impossible to run our 
machines. Then I was sick Friday (probably due to much time spent shoveling
said snow with wet feet) and didn't get to check on things, and as a result
/usr/spool/news was full all weekend. I have no doubt that much news was
thrown on the floor, which means users here will miss articles completely
and our feeds may receive some articles late via long, circuitous routes.
Our apologies for the inconvenience.
