Although the voting has narrowly favored the creation of a new
group, net.tv.letterman, I propose that we halt the vote and put
the creation of a new group on hold.

Here's the reason:  there really hasn't been sufficient traffic
on the net about letterman to warrant the creation of a new
group. 

Instead of creating the new group now, lets use net.tv for
letterman discussion and when our letterman articles begin to
dominate net.tv, we can reconsider creating net.tv.letterman.
