Maybe those of you who are more experienced won't be excited by this, but
my wife just called from home to say that she had seen three robins in our
yard trying, without  much success, to find some worms. Last year we saw
our first robins on April 1st so these are a little early.  Our first
crocus(sp?) bloomed yesterday also.

We live in Franklin, Mass which is just north of Rhode Island.
