It looks like this newsgroup is in a crisis, with lots of discussion
on the quality and authenticity of the rumors.  Clearly the purpose
of net.rumor would be better served if all discussions concerning the
nature of the rumors were in a separate newsgroup net.rumor.d.  Can
anyone confirm this?
