Note:  The date is old, but my book seems much newer than that, so I assume
       it was re-printed for a while.  One person who requested it said that
       it is no longer in print, but he was able to find it at a second-hand
       bookstore.  It's a thin softcover book, mostly black with a star field 
       and mother-goose-like characters on the cover.
