I need to transfer files between our Unix system and a customer's VMS system.
We have to transfer object files as well as text files.  Hence, we need a
uucp compatible transfer package and uu{en,de}code for the VMS machine.

I'm sure somebody out there has done this.  I'd prefer not to reinvent the
flat tire.  Please respond by e-mail.
