We had nearly identical problems a few years before our machine was
installed.  The field service person said there were three possible
solutions:

	1)	Install a jumper (made of 000 gauge wire) across the
		outputs of each of the power supplies.

	2)	There is no second solution.

	3)	Don't try to boot systems on April 1.
