   We need some software to support the DEC VT241 (color) and VT240 (mono)
   graphics terminals.  It needs to look something like PLOT-10 or a
   similiar fortran-callable subroutine library.  Also, if there is
   any related software for the DEC LCP01 printer, that would be
   appreciated also.
