	This request is particularly posed to the Israeli populace of the 
net, however information from outside sources would be equally appreciated.

	What is happening in Israel in the area of "scientific scientific
programming" ?

Meaning:  using a "scientific" language and system ( C / UNIX ) as a tool
for assisting research in areas of natural science (medicine, biology, etc).

Are institutes such as Weizmann, the Technion, Hebrew U., Tel Aviv U.
(any other big ones?) involved in any projects merging computers with
biological research?
