Machine:	 Arete 1200 68020
OS: 		Interim Porting Release of V.3 with Honey-Danber uucp


We are having trouble with uugetty in several areas:

1)  dual speed (2400-1200) uugetty sitting waiting for open on a port

    uucico starts up outgoing on that port at 1200 baud.
    
    DCD comes up when the uucico connects with the remote modem.
    
    uugetty's fopen completes and it does a TCSETA changing the

    speed to 2400 before even checking for a lock.  this
    makes uucico quite unhappy.


    Isn't this a bit of a design flaw?

2)  We are also having trouble with ct, but havn't
    completely characterized the symptoms yet.


Anyone out there know anything about these two?
