back in the days when i owned a Honda ('76 cb500t), i had reasonable
service from Portland Honda.  It is not as convenient as Bvtn, but i too
found that the clowns at Bvtn were unhelpful and basically useless.
I've also found that the gentlemen at Forest Grove Honda (not very
convenient at all...) are very helpful.

BTW, if anyone is interested in first-hand information on the new Kawasaki
Concours, i've had mine about a week now.  if there is enough interest, i'll
post a review to the net at 500 miles.
