I don't quite understand why, but Process Software only offers
FTP for RSX-11, RSTS and VMS systems; no other services like
TELNET or SMTP.  Weird.  It wasn't clear to me when I investigated
them a month or so ago whether it was possible to tap in yourself
to their TCP/IP.
