Yakim Martillo has jumped the gun. He took back his tape before I got
a chance to copy Mukesh Prasad's latest version of VMS GNU Emacs
off of it. Due to problems with distribution of the previous version,
I have deleted VMS GNU Emacs from Harvard.

When Yakim gets the tape back to me, I will add changes that various
folks on the vms-gnu-emacs list have done to it, and make it available
for FTP access on Harvard
