EE/CS Computer Facility, Cambridge MA Lines: 22 From: daver@csvax.caltech.edu (David Robinson) I am currently trying to port GNUemacs to a 3B20. I am having problems. Has anyone else attempted this and could possibly lend some help/advise? My biggest problem now is getting a correct crt0.c file going. All the other code has compiled (with very minor modifications) and when I try to use the /lib/crt0.o I get EMT errors immediately upon startup. (temacs that is). My other problem is that I am not a SYS V wizard (I'll take 4.2 anyday!). The system is a 3B20 running SYSVR2 version 3 with NO modifications to it at all. (It was a gift from MaBell) I am trying to run GNU emacs V17.62. Thanks -David Robinson daver@csvax.caltech.edu seismo!cit-vax!daver
