I have used a version of emacs other than GNU that allowed you to
convert keyboard macros into emacs lisp code.  Is this possible in
GNU emacs?  If not I think it would be a nice feature to have to
hack up quick utilities without having to wade thru 200 page manuals
to find the right functions etc.
Any thoughts?
