Not so very long ago, I inherited a small library of emacs scripts, a manual, and a list of global bindings. Unfortunately, this has not proven to be enough to get me started - much easier to muddle along in vi. But recently I was told of a file called "teach_emacs". This might be just the user-friendly introduction I need. If you have a copy - and you think it might be of help to a fledgling type emacsian - please email it my way.
