No shortage of opinions on this issue.  I feel like subjecting you to mine.
An employer should be interested in job performance.  That's all.

All you folks who support drug testing give folks who don't do drugs a bad
image.  Drug users afflicted with your brand of ignorance might think that
lack of recreational drug use leads to compulsive invasion of privacy.

The desire to plow through someone's piss demonstrates an inability to evaluate
her/his work intelligently.
