Anfried Ossen in West Berlin was complaining recently about not being
able to get BSD 4.2 because of being in a foreign country.  We can't
get BSD 4.3 because we are a subsidiary of a German company.  (At least
we still have our BSD 4.2 -- I guess we were still American when we
bought it.)
