I will soon be moving to a new home.   Although the side yards are relatively
large, the backyard has very little room between the house and the back
fence.    I would like to establish a bit more of a barrier between us
and our backyard neighbors fairly quickly with some trees.   Would
anyone have any recommendations for trees with the following requirements:

	1)  Evergreen

	2)  Fast growing

	3)  Grows to no more than 40' high 15' spread  (preferably less)

	4)  Can thrive in San Diego (inland)
