Color dither fixed and reposted to net.sources.

At the last minute before posting, I recoded around a division,
unfortunately I did not test it.  Well, at least I can learn from my
error.  My sincerest apologies to those who where inconvenienced in any
way.  Hopefully I caught it in time to stop it from travelling off site.
